1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Options (United States)

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Free Standard Shipping — available for all U.S. orders
  • Expedited Shipping — available for $9.00

Shipping speed estimates are provided at checkout and may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.

3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.
