Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may request a return or refund within
30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused and unopened
  • in the same condition that you received it
  • in its original packaging

Non-returnable Items

For safety, quality control, and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
  • items returned without original packaging
  • gift cards or downloadable products (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within
5–10 business days.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted
from your refund (where applicable).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending anything back.

  1. Contact our support team and include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  3. Send the item back using a trackable shipping method.
